Christal Clear Vision is a life coaching program for Women of all ages who are transitioning from daughter, wife, mother, and/or caregiver. I utilize mindfulness techniques which helps you to CCLEAR so that you can access your full potential, activate your spiritual power, and make transformational changes.
Mindfulness Techniques
I use the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction approach which is effective in increasing relaxation and reducing anxiety. It is ideal for cultivating a greater awareness of the unity of mind and body.
Inspirational Speaker
As a public speaker, I seek to do more than just motivate. Motivation often compels action from external forces. Rather I encourage inspirational transformation which occurs an internal and truly lasting change.
Manage Life Transitions
Like time, life stands still for no one. Allow me to help you discover how to move through the various seasons and roles of life whether it be as a wife, mother, and/or caregiver of elderly parents with purpose, intent, and passion.
Life Coaching
I offer 1-on-1 life coaching that will reduce mental clutter, external noise, and help you (re)discover you. While embracing and organizing your life into meaningful goals.

With the busyness of life, we neglect taking action to really think about what’s truly important maintenance and ultimate self-care. Our focus tends to stay with the same groundhog thoughts and robotic actions day in and day out. These thoughts can often be negative. Our entire life is based around perception, what we perceive to be true about ourselves, others and our surroundings.
Your experience with me as your Life Coach is about a conversation as we explore together finding out all the amazing things about you that will enable you to achieve what you want.
